Total production: 2500 bottles/year.
Vinification: After the bunches are pressed and destemmed, the juice starts its fermentation in open Slavonian oak barrels for 15 days.
Aging: In Slavonian oak barrel for 24 months, then in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
Total SO2: 68 mg/l.
Description: Deep amber color. Intense vegetables and earthy aromas, with hints of smoke, earth floor, and sweet spices. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with a full body, great sapidity, and a long finish.
Perfect pairing: Eggs, mushrooms, seafood main dishes.
