Elevation: 350 - 500 m a.s.l.
Vinification: Hand-picking in 15 kg crates, a few hours in contact with the skins and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at room temperature for 15 days.
Aging: In stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Total SO2: 76 mg/l.
Description: Lemon color with golden shades. Delicate herbaceous aromas with a hint of citrus fruit. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with good balance, and long finish.
Perfect pairing: Aperitif, seafood starters, seafood main courses.
