Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano.
Elevation: 100 m a.s.l.
Total production: 6000 bottles/year.
Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed, and after 18 hours the skins are separated from the juice. The fermentation starts at 16°C with native yeasts.
Aging: In aged casks for 12 months, then in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and at least in bottle for 6 months.
Total SO2: 100 mg/l.
Description: Pale lemon-green color. Intense floral and stone fruit aromas, with hints of spices. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with a light body, great sapidity, and a medium finish.
Perfect pairing: Seafood main dishes, white meat, and medium aged cheese.
