Vinification: After the bunches are pressed and destemmed, the juice stays in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks for at least 4 weeks. After that, starts the spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months.
Total SO2: 43 mg/l.
Description: Medium ruby color. Red fruits aromas, especially raspberries, with subtle floral hints. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with medium body, ripe tannins, and medium finish.
Perfect pairing: Pasta with meat sauce, roasted red meat, game.
