Grape variety: 50% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella.

Terrain: Clayey-calcareous.

Orientation: East-South-West ridge.

Elevation: 220 m a.s.l.

Total production: 12500 bottles/year.

Vinification: Natural drying of the bunches for 30 days, maceration at controlled temperature (12°C) for one week, and maceration post-fermentation. Fermentation at controlled temperature (22°C) for 30-40 days.

Aging: In Slavonian wooden barrels for 12 months and then one year in bottle.

Total SO2: 70 mg/l.

Description: Deep ruby colour; intense ripe cherry aromas with flowers hints (rose and violet); great balance between tannins and acidity.

Perfect pairing: Roasted meat or game.
