Vinification: Soft pressing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature, then maceration in stainless steel vats for 30 days.

Total SO2: 30 mg/l.
Description: Deep garnet color; intense aromas of ripe red fruits with hints of liquorice; in the mouth it is balanced, with full body and long finish.
Perfect pairing: Typical Apulian dishes, roasted or grilled meat, game.
