Grape variety: 100% Tocai Friulano.
Terrain: Marl and sandstone.
Orientation: South, West.
Elevation: 175 m a.s.l.
Total production: 2600 bottles/year.
Vinification: After the bunches are pressed and destemmed, the juice starts its fermentation in open Slavonian oak barrels for 4 days. After that, it’s transferred into barriques or tonneaux for 11 months where it undergoes MLF.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for 12 months and in bottle for at least 12 months.
Total SO2: 68 mg/l.
Description: Medium lemon color. Complex floral and herbal aromas, with hints of thyme, and butter. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with a subtle bitter almond note, and a long finish.
Perfect pairing: Prosciutto San Daniele, fresh cheese, asparagus, mushrooms, eggs, seafood.
