We hope you love your wine but if you are dissatisfied with the wine or service please contact us at email@example.com to allow us to rectify the problem.
If for some reason your order arrives damaged or the wrong wine has been delivered, please contact us and we will arrange for a collection, exchange or refund.
Please note our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
If for some reason you do have to return a product, this must be pre-approved. Your return will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you can choose between a discount coupon for your next order in the value of the damaged wine or a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
