Orientation: South.

Elevation: 350 m a.s.l.

Vinification: In concrete vats at controlled temperature.

Aging: In concrete vats for 1 year and in bottle for at least 6 months.

Total SO2: 74 mg/l.

Description: Deep lemon color. Aromas of flowers and fruits, with a hint of  captivating sapidity. Full body, with a great balance. The old vines (50 years old) and the aging add an intense sapidity, and very long finish, without losing the typical freshness and crispness of Gavi La Mesma.

Perfect pairing: Seafood starters, vegetarian main courses, seafood main courses.
