Terrain: Calcareous.

Orientation: South, South-East.

Elevation: 350 m a.s.l.

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve indigenous yeasts.

Aging: In stainless steel vats for 6 months.

Total SO2: 60 mg/l.

Description: Deep lemon color. Intense aromas of wildflowers and hints of stone fruit, like peach or apricot. The flavors are the same of the aromas, with great balance and harmony, and long finish.

Perfect pairing: White meat courses, seafood courses.
