Barale Fratelli

Barale Fratelli Piedmont Barolo Wine

The winery was founded in 1870 in the old town of Alba and is now run by Sergio Barale, with his daughters Eleonora and Gloria.

The 13 hectares planted with vines (10 ha owned by the company and 3 ha rented to a local farmer) spread over the towns of Barolo and Monforte d’Alba, over some of the most famous Cru of the area: Castellero, Monrobiolo and Bussia. The vineyards are typically over 30 years old and are farmed organically.

They still use traditional production methods in their cellar in cooperation with the latest technologies, with the aim of making harmonious wines, easily recognizable and linkable with the terroir and the grape variety.
