Yep, you read that right. Certain wines are actually permitted for paleo, keto, and other diets. 

More in general, it is possible to maintain a healthy lifestyle without kicking alcohol completely to the curb, though we always recommend drinking in moderation, consulting your doctor, and putting your health first when making these lifestyle decisions. 

 

5. Explore Organic, Biodynamic, And Natural Wines
