Grape variety: 100% Barbera.

Terrain: Clay marl.

Orientation: South–West.

Elevation: 270 m a.s.l.

Total production: 4200 bottles/year.

Vinification: Gentle pressing and destemming of the grapes; fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by 10 days of maceration with repeated pump-over of the skins at a controlled temperature of 25°C.

Aging: In French oak tonneaux for 1 year with the absolute minimum amount of racking. Then aging in bottle for at least 6 months.

Total SO2: 22 mg/l.

Description: Ruby color with purple shades. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits and cherries soaked in alcohol. Dry, ripe and soft tannins, medium acidity and medium finish.

Perfect pairing: Roasted red meat, game.
